Comedian Lee Young-ja has donated 30 million won to support the recovery from wildfire damage.
On the 28th, the Beautiful Foundation announced that Lee Young-ja donated 30 million won to support the daily recovery of those affected by the wildfires.
Her donation will be used to provide urgent living supplies through the Beautiful Foundation's 'Emergency Support Project for Wildfire Damage'. The Beautiful Foundation plans to continue customized support for the victims in collaboration with A-PAD Korea, the Korean branch of the Asia-Pacific Disaster Response International Organization A-PAD.
Previously, Lee Young-ja has consistently practiced sharing for disaster-vulnerable groups, donating for the recovery from the 2019 Gangwon region wildfires and for overcoming COVID-19 in 2020.
