With the global success of the Netflix series ‘Severe Trauma Center’, Joo Ji-hoon's market value is skyrocketing. His previous works have re-entered various OTT charts, allowing fans to feel the ‘Joo Ji-hoon Syndrome’.

Recently, McDonald's Korea posted content on its official Instagram featuring a scene where the character ‘Baek Kang-hyuk’ eats a ‘McMorning’ with hash browns. Elements of the characters from the work are being reinterpreted and repurposed, generating various trends and memes.

Since its release, ‘Severe Trauma Center’ has swept all domestic and international indicators, maintaining its position in the TOP 10 of the non-English category of global TV shows on Netflix’s ‘Tudum’ for three consecutive weeks, indicating a potential long-term global success.

Joo Ji-hoon will make a special appearance in the Channel A drama ‘Witch’, which premieres on the 15th at 9:10 PM, due to his connection with director Kim Tae-kyun from the film ‘The Drug King’.
