Broadcaster Park Ji-yoon's lawsuit for damages against Choi Dong-seok's acquaintance, Mr. A, has been postponed again.
According to Star News on the 2nd, the third hearing date for the lawsuit against Mr. A, which was scheduled to be held at the Jeju District Court on the 7th, has been postponed to March 25. This is reportedly at the request of Park Ji-yoon's side.
Choi Dong-seok filed a counter-lawsuit on September 30, ahead of the hearing date, against Park Ji-yoon and her acquaintance for damages related to the adultery claim.
Both parties claim that "there was no infidelity," drawing attention to the upcoming trial results.
The couple married in 2009 and have one son and one daughter, but announced their separation after 14 years of marriage in October last year. They are currently engaged in mutual adultery lawsuits and custody disputes.
