Broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk indirectly addressed the chaotic situation and spoke of hope.

On the 22nd, the web entertainment show "2nd Excuse Awards," released on the YouTube channel 'Tteun Tteun,' featured stars who received great love for their appearances on this year's 'Excuse.'

The grand prize went to Hwang Jung-min. Unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, Hwang Jung-min sent his acceptance speech via a video message. Although Ji Seok-jin, who was a strong candidate for the award, unfortunately did not win, the attendees comforted him by gathering all the flowers present and holding them close.

Ji Seok-jin joked, "I feel comfortable with this," adding, "Those watching this moment might think, 'Oh, he received an award.'" He continued, "Personally, what I feel after a long time in broadcasting is that these moments are incredibly happy and precious. It’s an honor to have you all by my side. I hope we can keep fighting next year."

Yoo Jae-suk expressed his gratitude, saying, "I want to thank all the members who have nurtured and cherished 'Excuse' for a year," and added, "Because you were here this year, we were able to bring a lot of laughter to many people."

He continued, "As you all know, the current situation is one where we cannot see even a step ahead. It’s a frustrating situation. The new year is just around the corner. I believe that the fog surrounding us will clear, and the day will come when we can surely regain our peaceful daily lives. Nevertheless, thank you for being here together. I wish you all a happy new year," indirectly addressing the chaotic situation following the December 3rd emergency martial law.
