Singer-songwriter and producer Yoon Sang is returning as a DJ. This marks his comeback to MBC Radio after a long 22 years.
Starting from the broadcast on the 23rd, Yoon Sang will take on the role of the new host for MBC FM4U’s ‘This Morning with Yoon Sang’. He stated, “Sharing emotions with the public through the analog medium of radio is always an exciting challenge,” and added, “I will do my best to create a space that provides comfort and inspiration to listeners through music.”
In addition to his singing career, Yoon Sang has been active as a composer and producer, showcasing his talents through collaborations with idol artists such as Lovelyz’s ‘Ah-Choo’ and IU’s ‘The Story That I Didn’t Know’.
His unique sound, particularly combining electronic music, has received love across generations. Recently, he served as the music director for ‘Seoul Light DDP 2024’, presenting a work that interprets abstract art through music, which received positive reviews.
After leaving MBC Radio following ‘Yoon Sang’s Music Salon’ in 2002, he has been active as a music director and host in various programs. With this comeback, deeper music selections and warm storytelling as a radio DJ are highly anticipated.
‘This Morning with Yoon Sang’ can be heard every morning at 9 AM on MBC FM4U (91.9 MHz) and through the Smart Radio Mini app.
