Kim Ji-hoon, who was active in the groups Tutu and Duke, has been gone for 11 years.
Kim Ji-hoon was found dead in a hotel in Jangchung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, on December 12, 2013. He was 38 years old.
According to acquaintances of the deceased, Kim Ji-hoon was suffering from depression and was known to have been despondent about his financial difficulties. It has been reported that no suicide note was found.
Kim Ji-hoon debuted in 1994 with the group Tutu, gaining great popularity with their first album 'Work and This Work' and second album 'A Woman in Love.' In 2000, he formed the group Duke with member Kim Seok-min and continued his activities. However, he lived a tumultuous life, including a divorce from his ex-wife in 2008.
He rests in eternal peace at Seongnam Youngsaengwon Bundang Sky Castle.
