Dohun from the group Tours revealed how he became an idol.
On the 3rd, Tours' Shin Yu and Dohun appeared on the YouTube channel 'Theo' in 'Salon Drip 2'.
On that day, Jang Do-yeon asked Shin Yu and Dohun about how they became idols. Dohun replied, "I was cast while attending the graduation ceremony of my elementary school when I went to congratulate a younger acquaintance in the first year of middle school. I had no interest in becoming an idol before that."
He continued, "At that time, I thought it would be cool to be a trainee. In fact, my dream was to be a trainee rather than a singer," which brought laughter.
When Dohun said, "I started dreaming of being a singer in my first year as a trainee," Jang Do-yeon praised him, saying, "That's really wise. If being a singer is your dream, it must feel like a mountain to debut, but you seem more mature."
Later, Jang Do-yeon asked, "What should you do if you get cast by another company while being a trainee?" Shin Yu replied, "In that case, I said, 'I'm a trainee from another company.'" On the other hand, Dohun revealed, "The company told me not to show interest in dancing or singing and not to give out my contact information. Usually, they don't tell you which company it is when casting, but I was so curious that I gave them my parents' phone number."
