Singer and actor Son Ho-young shared joy through food and episodes filled with old memories.
On the 28th, Son Ho-young released a new video of his own food exploration content ‘Ho-young Ho-sik’ on his official YouTube channel.
In the video, Son Ho-young visited a Chinese restaurant in Ilsan where he could enjoy a course meal for just 11,000 won. He cleaned his plate of sweet and sour pork, nurungji soup, chili shrimp, and jajangmyeon, and reminisced, saying, “The food reminds me of old times,” recalling his days as a trainee in god.
Son Ho-young said, “Back then, I didn’t have money to order food. The first restaurant I spent the most money on after earning was a Chinese restaurant. That was the biggest luxury. It wasn’t as delicious as I thought, but I ate it out of satisfaction.”
He also expressed his thoughts and affection regarding his YouTube activities. Son Ho-young stated, “I hope the people who are with me do well because of me. If that doesn’t happen, it’s painful,” adding, “I’m also thinking about how to develop my YouTube channel. I’m grateful for the many fans who watch, so I can’t let it go. I still think I’m in the process of finding my path and strengths.”
Continuing, Son Ho-young revisited the neighborhood where god's old semi-basement dormitory was located after more than 20 years, recalling the times spent with the members. Although it no longer exists, he vividly remembered the boiler room, yard, and places where they used to walk, saying, “It’s enjoyable to think about the old days,” showing that he was deeply immersed in his nostalgic journey.
Meanwhile, Son Ho-young, a member of god and a versatile entertainer, actively communicates with fans through various self-produced content, including ‘Ho-young Ho-sik’ and ‘Ho-young Ho-bi’ on his YouTube channel. In September, he successfully held a solo concert ‘Chapter 0’ at the KSPO DOME in Seoul, and recently participated in the music festival ‘Music Planet 2024’ with god's Kim Tae-woo as HoooW, performing on stage.
