Environmental activist and broadcaster Julian Quintart (38) will hold a special wedding with a 'corn and sugarcane dress'.
Julian will have a private wedding with his 5-year younger Korean partner on the 11th at Floating Island in Seoul.
This wedding embodies his philosophy of 'sustainable living', decorated with a vegan concept from food to attire.
The bride's wedding dress is made from PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) material extracted from corn and sugarcane. This fabric is an eco-friendly circular fiber that decomposes naturally after use, returning to the soil, and can reduce carbon emissions by more than 50% compared to conventional synthetic fibers.
The dress was created by Sposabella, who stated to MK Sports, "This piece is not just a wedding dress, but a design that visually expresses the cycle of nature," adding that it is a symbolic example showing that sustainability and beauty can coexist.
All meal menus for the wedding will be prepared as Vegan Fine Dining, and the table decorations at the venue will be adorned with natural materials such as pink muhly, herbs, and succulents.
After the event, the floral decorations will be reconfigured as 'plant gifts' to be given to the guests.
Meanwhile, the first part of the ceremony will be hosted by Kim Sook and Daniel Lindemann, while the second part will be hosted by Robin Dayana, creating a global atmosphere for the event.
