Actress Han Ji-hyun continues her leading role on the screen with the movie 'Made in Itaewon'.
Set to crank in on September 8, the film 'Made in Itaewon' is a youth growth noir set against the backdrop of Itaewon during the 1998 IMF crisis. It tells a dense story of young people whose families, friendships, and loves are all imperfect, colliding in one space.
In 'Made in Itaewon', Han Ji-hyun plays the role of Kim Ji-won, a free-spirited and wounded youth. Ji-won is a character with a mysterious and captivating aura that draws attention at first glance; she appears cold on the outside but possesses a warm heart, embodying a charming contrast. Han Ji-hyun aims to showcase a new side of herself with this role, marking another transformation in her acting.

Han Ji-hyun will also portray Kim Soo-jin, a documentary PD who begins to investigate the death of 'Jung Young-hee' (played by Shin Hyun-bin) in the new film 'Face' directed by Yeon Sang-ho, which premieres on September 11. She will delicately express the character's transformation from a PD chasing exclusive stories to a journalist pursuing justice, showcasing her wide acting spectrum.
From the recently completed world premiere of the film 'Sisterhood' to the upcoming release of 'Face' and 'Made in Itaewon', Han Ji-hyun's active presence as a leading actress is drawing attention.
