Seo Min-jae, known from 'Heart Signal 3', quietly updated her status on social media as she approaches childbirth.
On the 20th, Seo Min-jae posted on her social media, “Thank you for your concern. The baby is growing well,” sharing her health status during pregnancy.
The expected due date is reported to be December 13. Behind the joy of watching the fetus grow, there are legal disputes and emotional pain.
Seo Min-jae stated, “The biological father of the child still has not contacted me, and he has filed a stalking complaint against me, so I cannot reach out to him.” She also expressed her pain, saying, “I have received reports that he is defaming me and spreading false information in various clubs while ignoring his own responsibilities.”
The incident dates back to May. At that time, Seo Min-jae announced her pregnancy news on social media while also revealing her conflict with her boyfriend, known as Mr. A, who is identified as the biological father. According to Seo Min-jae, after she announced her pregnancy, Mr. A cut off contact, and she expressed her grievances by partially disclosing his personal information, including his school and workplace.
Mr. A's side has filed a lawsuit against Seo Min-jae for violations of the Stalking Punishment Act, confinement, assault, and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation).
After becoming pregnant, Seo Min-jae posted messages that seemed to hint at extreme choices, raising public concern.
Later, through her legal representative, it was conveyed that “there are no significant health issues.” The situation of managing legal conflicts alone amidst the physiological changes of pregnancy is certainly not light.
Meanwhile, Seo Min-jae, who gained recognition through broadcasting in 2020, had fallen due to a drug incident but was taking steps towards recovery, including completing a rehabilitation program and enrolling in a seminary.
