YG Entertainment has apologized for the 'N3 seat controversy' where the view was completely obstructed during BLACKPINK's concert and has initiated follow-up actions.
On the 7th, YG Entertainment stated, "We sincerely apologize for the difficulties in viewing the stage from the N3 seats during the BLACKPINK concert held last weekend."
They continued, "We installed an LED screen to improve the viewing environment as there was a console set up in front of that area, but it unfortunately caused inconvenience contrary to our intentions. Therefore, we plan to take follow-up actions for those who reported discomfort in that area."

Finally, the agency stated, "We will provide detailed information through the ticketing agency and will do our best to consider the viewing environment more carefully in the future to provide a better concert experience."
BLACKPINK held their 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR IN GOYANG' at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium on the 5th and 6th. BLACKPINK, which sold out all seats including the obstructed view seats, set a new record by attracting 78,000 spectators, the largest audience for any artist, showcasing their continued popularity.
However, there was controversy as some reported that they sold 'zero view seats' that had no visibility at all, making it embarrassing to even call them 'obstructed view seats.' The N3 area in question had its view completely blocked due to installed structures, leading to extreme dissatisfaction among the audience who could not see the stage at all.
The lack of prior notice regarding the view obstruction was also pointed out as an issue. Although there was a note during ticket booking stating, "There may be view obstructions due to structures," fans argued that it was beyond mere 'view obstruction' and pointed out the need for compensation for the damages incurred.
