Before laughter, her name disappeared. On the day she was preparing to make us laugh, she quietly came to a stop.
Today (the 6th) marks the second anniversary of the passing of comedian Lee Ji-soo. She left this world on July 6, 2023, due to sudden urinary tract infection and nephritis symptoms, at the age of 30. At the time, she had visited the hospital with a high fever reaching 40 degrees and, after a week of hospitalization, passed away just two days after being discharged. When her family could not reach her, they went to her home and found her deceased in her sleep.
Starting at the Yoon Hyung-bin Small Theater, she made her official debut through tvN's 'Comedy Big League', gaining recognition with her unique energy in various segments. She was particularly anticipated as the next generation of female comedians, crossing over between comedy and YouTube. The stage she was preparing for until the end was a new comedy program on KBS. While dedicated to idea meetings and rehearsals, she came to a halt just before her debut.

Inside the broadcasting station, beyond the meeting room, her name remains on the stage that has yet to be ascended. All scenes tied together by the word 'laughter' now only connect through memories.
The 'Comedy Big League' team mourned her with the message, "We remember Lee Ji-soo, who was more sincere about laughter than anyone else. We will not forget your passion." The short but intense aftertaste still lingers.

Meanwhile, the late Lee Ji-soo was born in 1993, debuted at the Yoon Hyung-bin Small Theater, and gained recognition on television through tvN's 'Comedy Big League' in 2021. During her lifetime, she engaged with viewers through YouTube activities and suddenly passed away while practicing for an upcoming KBS program.
