Singer Jang Yoon-jung expressed that she has heard complaints from her seniors and juniors due to the popularity of trot audition programs.
On the 4th, a video titled ‘Looking for Jang Gong-jang's Partner | Things Got Serious While Eating Truffle Caviar Tuna Shrimp’ was uploaded on the YouTube channel ‘Dojang TV’.
In the video, Jang Yoon-jung started by saying, “It might be strange for me to talk about this.”
She revealed, “As this (trot audition program) started to rise, some seniors and juniors blamed me, saying, ‘The people you picked are doing well, and our opportunities have disappeared.’ I’ve heard that quite a bit.”
She added, “I started to feel a sense of responsibility about that. I feel sorry. I’ve been thinking for a long time that I need to pay attention to this (the underground).”
Currently working on songs under the alias ‘Jang Gong-jang’, she mentioned, “I have the luxury to give away at least one song as a gift. It may not compare to large auditions, but…”
