A shocking twist occurred in Season 26. Right after the broadcast, the couple that garnered attention as the final couple, Kwang-soo and Hyun-sook, ended up breaking up, and Hyun-sook has developed a new couple with Young-sik, drawing attention.
In the final selection of SBS Plus·ENA's reality dating program ‘I’m Solo’ Season 26, the couples Sang-cheol-Jeong-sook and Kwang-soo-Hyun-sook were formed.
In particular, during this broadcast, Kwang-soo seemed to be the winner of the ‘straight romance’ as he won Hyun-sook's heart with handwritten letters, brunch, and affectionate flirting until the very end.
However, a surprising twist was revealed during a live broadcast held after the show. Young-sik stated, “Hyun-sook and Kwang-soo did not develop a good relationship. After some ups and downs, I got closer to Hyun-sook, and now we are enjoying our time together,” officially declaring the birth of ‘Hyun-Ko’.
In fact, Hyun-sook had expressed during the show that while she was touched by Kwang-soo's kindness, she also felt “burdened at times” and was “confused as she had no experience of developing from friends to lovers.”
