The legal battle between Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Ador, and Source Music, a label under HYBE, will continue in July.

The 12th Civil Division of the Seoul Western District Court will hold the third hearing for the 500 million won damages lawsuit filed by Source Music against former CEO Min Hee-jin on July 18. This hearing was originally scheduled for today (the 27th) but has been postponed to next month.

Source Music filed a damages lawsuit worth 500 million won against former CEO Min Hee-jin in July of last year. It is reported that Source Music raised issues regarding claims that Min Hee-jin directly cast members of NewJeans and that Source Music neglected the members.

During the second hearing held on May 30, both sides clashed over the disclosure of KakaoTalk conversation contents.

Min Hee-jin's side argued that the KakaoTalk evidence was illegally obtained and therefore inadmissible, while Source Music countered that it was "material obtained with prior consent." The court decided to continue the trial after determining the admissibility of the evidence.

Meanwhile, the third hearing for a 2 billion won damages lawsuit filed by another HYBE label, Belift Lab, against former CEO Min Hee-jin is also scheduled for July 18.
