Juyeon of the group The Boyz and actress Cynthia have denied dating rumors.
On the afternoon of the 10th, representatives from Cynthia's agency Management Soop and The Boyz's agency 100 Entertainment stated to MK Sports, "The dating rumors between Juyeon and Cynthia are not true."
Previously, online speculation arose that Juyeon and Cynthia might be dating, as they were seen wearing matching couple items such as hats, jackets, and necklaces, and even had the same sticker on the back of their phones.
Additionally, the two were said to have strengthened the dating rumors by recommending the same book during interactions with fans and giving similar content in interviews. Notably, they previously collaborated in the short film 'Young Young,' which was a special screening at the 26th Jeonju International Film Festival, showcasing their acting chemistry.
Meanwhile, The Boyz, to which Juyeon belongs, released their third full album 'Unexpected' in March and has been actively holding fan concerts in Korea and Japan. Cynthia, who debuted as the lead in the 2022 film 'The Witch: Part 2,' has made her presence known through tvN's 'Someday, the Wise Major's Life.' She recently signed an exclusive contract with Management Soop.
