Yuuki (real name Aizawa Yuki), a YouTuber with approximately 1.2 million subscribers, revealed that he was accused of sexual assault but was cleared of charges. As secondary harm continued, he expressed his stance.
On the 10th, a post titled "We would like to share our position regarding this incident" was published in the minor gallery 'Yuuki's Japanese Story' on DC Inside.
The author, who identified themselves as the gallery administrator, stated, "Since the incident occurred, the gallery has maintained silence, but as the administrator, I have been collecting malicious posts that have been uploaded to the gallery from the moment the incident occurred until now to gather evidence for a lawsuit, doing my best for Yuuki, who has been harmed by this incident," and added, "For the fans who believe in and support Yuuki, I will convey the law firm's position regarding this incident," revealing the law firm's statement.
The lawyers from the law firm Seoksang, Jeong Beom-seok and Lee Gil-sang, who were appointed as Yuuki's legal representatives, stated in their position paper, "We have confirmed that secondary harm, including false facts and defamation regarding Yuuki, has occurred due to a post made by Mr. A on February 27, 2025, at around 5:00 PM on X (formerly Twitter)."
They continued, "Mr. A falsely accused Yuuki of sexual assault, and it is widely known that Yuuki was cleared of these charges and has filed a complaint against Milky for false accusations, which is currently under investigation," and pointed out, "Mr. A suddenly posted false facts and defamatory content about Yuuki on X around February 27, leading to additional defamatory posts (secondary harm) from some people who misunderstood the facts."
They explained, "Our law firm aims to prevent further harm to Yuuki by conveying accurate facts and announcing our legal response to malicious defamation as follows."
After reviewing the investigation details and additional materials such as Yuuki's social media, the confirmed facts are: ▲ Yuuki never invited Mr. A to a drinking party ▲ Yuuki has never DM'd specific female fans to meet, ▲ Yuuki has never assaulted Mr. A in any way.
The legal representatives stated, "Mr. A first suggested meeting Yuuki to treat him to a Korean omakase, so Yuuki thought it was a meal meeting. On the day, Mr. A led Yuuki to a bar, claiming it was not the restaurant he had in mind, and they ended up drinking." They also clarified, "While Yuuki communicated with several fans, it was not limited to women or conducted with impure intentions," emphasizing, "Mr. A seems to have attempted to create a malicious frame suggesting that Yuuki was exploiting women for sexual purposes, which is completely false, and we will take strict legal action regarding this."
Regarding the sexual assault allegations, they stated, "Yuuki clearly states that he has never touched Mr. A's chest without permission or with permission, nor has he had any physical contact with Mr. A."
The legal representatives announced that they would be filing additional complaints regarding Mr. A's defamation and insults, and they would actively respond legally to secondary harm through malicious defamation and the dissemination of false facts.
They added, "Yuuki thought it was a lack of virtue and wanted to stop his activities and quietly be forgotten. However, due to the excessive false information dissemination and insults from some malicious commenters, he had no choice but to take legal action against the severe insults," and emphasized, "Our law firm will continue to monitor malicious false information dissemination and insults against Yuuki."
They also stated, "Despite his shortcomings, Yuuki sincerely thanks and apologizes to the fans who have supported him without reservation. When Yuuki regains his mental stability, he will express his gratitude directly, not through a representative."
Yuuki is a YouTuber of mixed Korean-Japanese descent. He gained great popularity by introducing Japanese culture, food, and places, amassing 1.2 million subscribers. However, he suddenly closed his channel on the 27th of last month, drawing attention.
At that time, Yuuki posted on his YouTube channel board, "When I visited Korea last year, I got to know a cosplayer (Mr. A) and was falsely accused of sexual assault and rape," and added, "The other party took my phone while I was drunk, extracting personal information and demanding 80 million won from someone they claimed was their cousin. After reviewing all the CCTV footage, I was cleared of charges, and I am currently in the process of filing a counter-complaint for false accusations and five other charges, but since that day, I have been continuously threatened for over a year, and today, they spread my face photo because I did not comply and continued my YouTube activities, so I am speaking out."
He also disclosed the non-prosecution decision document. According to the non-prosecution decision, the police did not prosecute Yuuki because the CCTV footage did not show any evidence of Yuuki assaulting Mr. A, and it was confirmed that the two were casually conversing shortly after the incident, indicating a lack of evidence to substantiate the allegations.
On that day, a female BJ A, active on Panda TV, claimed on SNS, "He asked me to drink together, and when I did, he sexually assaulted me," and added, "Yuuki was so drunk that I called my acquaintance, who witnessed Yuuki touching my chest. I never gave permission. I secured the store's CCTV."
She continued, "After that, I suggested to Yuuki to settle, but he refused and reported me as a form of retaliation," and released photos containing Yuuki's face. After Yuuki's clarification post, some expressed their frustration, saying, "What does a BJ in a revealing broadcast have to do with sexual assault? The non-prosecution should be investigated again. There is CCTV and witnesses, so why was it non-prosecution? I am more curious."
Yuuki later stated, "I thought about it alone for several hours. There is no reason for me to keep mentioning an incident that has already been closed as non-prosecution. I will contact my attorney tomorrow morning to proceed with additional complaints regarding their actions," and then deleted his channel.
