The group UNIS is launching the signal for a rise in 2025 with 'SWICY'.
UNIS (Jin Hyun-joo, Nana, Jelly Danga, Kotoko, Bang Yoon-ha, Elisia, Oh Yoon-ah, Lim Seo-won) will release their second mini-album 'SWICY' on the 15th at 6 PM through various music sites and will begin their full-fledged activities.
'SWICY' is the new album following the single album 'CURIOUS' released in August last year, and it is the first comeback work of 2025. The album name is a neologism combining 'Sweet' and 'Spicy'. As a Gen Z icon, UNIS expresses the global trend of the harmonious blend of sweet and spicy through their music.
The new album contains a total of 5 tracks. Starting with the title track 'SWICY', listeners can enjoy a variety of music that captures the 'sweet and spicy' charm of the eight members, including 'What are you doing?', 'DDANG!', 'Good Feeling', and 'Spring Rain'.
So far, UNIS has provided global fans with the joy of seeing and hearing by attempting various concept changes. With 'SUPERWOMAN', they showcased Gen Z's kitsch, and with 'You Don't Know', they revealed Gen Z's confidence. With 'SWICY', they focus on the charm that naturally emanates from the Gen Z age group.
To maximize this, both the music and concept stand out with a brighter appearance than their previous work. 'SWICY', completed with a school look concept that suits the members' age and a lively melody, is expected to deliver a lovely and vibrant energy to viewers.
Meanwhile, UNIS will release their mini album 'SWICY' on the 15th at 6 PM. At 8 PM, they will hold a fan showcase and present the stage for their new song for the first time.
