Actor Lim Chae-moo listens to the complaints of 'Doolyland' employees.

At the end of the KBS2 show 'The Boss's Ears are Donkey Ears' on the 12th, a preview for next week was included.

Appearing as the owner of the amusement park 'Doolyland', Lim Chae-moo stated, "The term I dislike the most is boss, chairman, or leader," and showed humility by saying, "I have never thought of myself as 'a high person' or 'the chairman'."

However, employees expressed their dissatisfaction, calling him "a nagging bombardier," "impatient to the second," and "having obsessive-compulsive disorder."

In the following video, Lim Chae-moo was seen pointing out that the employees' work was "really a mess," raising curiosity about the main broadcast.

In July, Lim Chae-moo, who also appeared on 'The Boss's Ears are Donkey Ears', revealed that the operation of 'Doolyland' has led to debts of about 1.9 billion won. He shocked viewers by stating, "The loan interest alone is 80 million won per month, and the electricity bill is also around 30 million won."

He expressed his belief that running a children's business is not about making money, explaining, "Whenever a machine breaks down even a little, I have to replace it immediately, which is why I still have debts."

In the past, he operated using money earned from external events, but currently, he mentioned that there are no events or broadcasts, saying, "There are days when the daily sales are only 160,000 to 320,000 won," evoking sympathy.

Nevertheless, he stated, "Doolyland is the only amusement park operated by an individual rather than a corporation. Even though it's tough due to lack of funds, it feels really good when children run up to me and hug me," sharing the reason he cannot give up on Doolyland, which drew attention.

The story of Lim Chae-moo and the 'Doolyland' employees can be seen on 'The Boss's Ears are Donkey Ears' airing on the 19th at 4:40 PM.
