Actor Koo Seong-hwan's painful experience during vitiligo treatment at the hospital, which even breaks through anesthesia, has been revealed, evoking sympathy.
In the MBC entertainment program 'I Live Alone' airing today (10th) at 11:10 PM, Koo Seong-hwan's visit to the hospital for vitiligo treatment and SHINee's Minho enjoying his 'favorite day' will be shown.
In the video released before the broadcast, Koo Seong-hwan is seen receiving treatment for vitiligo, which he has been managing by consistently applying sunscreen. Holding a doll in his arms, he endures the painful treatment process. The Rainbow members also express their sympathy for his suffering.
Koo Seong-hwan shares, "Thinking about the pain of treatment makes me wonder, 'Should I just live like this?'" expressing the stress he has not been able to articulate until now. He continues, "It's not easy to cure. What I hope for is that it won't be noticeable."
After the painful treatment process, Koo Seong-hwan is also seen receiving skin soothing care. With a refreshing pack calming both his skin and mind, he quickly falls into a deep sleep, snoring.
