Actor Kim Ji-hoon appeared on Radio Star and confessed about the turning point in his acting career, which has expanded to the global stage, being called 'Korea's Johnny Depp.' He stated, "Long hair changed my life," revealing the decisive moment of his image transformation.

The MBC 'Radio Star' airing on the 8th will feature a Chuseok special titled 'The Mood is Alive' with guests Jang Jin, Kim Ji-hoon, Kim Kyung-ran, and Choi Ye-na.

Kim Ji-hoon left a strong impression by perfectly portraying the psychopathic Baek Hee-sung in the drama 'Flower of Evil' with his long hair and cold demeanor. He then showcased explosive presence as the cruel villain Choi Pro in the movie 'Ballerina.' He shared, "The director said, 'You look scarier with long hair,'" and added, "I played many villains and received criticism at the time, but now long hair has become my trademark," making everyone laugh.

He is also active on the global stage. Recently, he took on the role of the killer 'Gun' in the Amazon Prime Video series 'Butterfly.' Kim Ji-hoon revealed, "I passed the English audition and participated in an American drama for the first time," and said, "Daniel Dae Kim called me 'Korea's Johnny Depp,' which became my nickname."

In variety shows, he has been showcasing his perfect deduction skills and immersive acting in the 'Crime Scene' series. He confessed, "When I was offered to rejoin 'Crime Scene,' the PD came to my neighborhood personally," and added, "I thought about declining but accepted right away," which drew laughter.
