Ha Seung-ri and Hyun-woo play the roles of Kang Mari and Lee Kang-se, respectively, who develop from medical school seniors to lovers. Their somewhat awkward and clumsy relationship takes a turn when Kang-se makes a sudden confession, but as the waves of life crash around them, their tender youth begins to shake from its roots.
‘Mari and the Unusual Dads’ will reflect on the meaning of ‘real family’ through the wandering, growth, and choices of two individuals facing unbelievable destinies surrounding ‘family’, providing viewers with both laughter and tears.
Among this, the couple poster of Ha Seung-ri (as Kang Mari) and Hyun-woo (as Lee Kang-se) has been released, drawing attention. Hyun-woo leaning on Ha Seung-ri's shoulder stimulates the excitement of prospective viewers. However, there is also a strange atmosphere between the two. The tagline ‘Three prospective fathers-in-law?!’, ‘Romeo and Juliet created by modern medicine’ expresses the two individuals in a loving couple's appearance, raising curiosity about what kind of fate might befall them.
The life waves brought by ‘Unusual Dads’ spark curiosity about the tumultuous story that Mari and Kang-se will experience. It is eagerly anticipated how their tangled destinies will unfold.
‘Mari and the Unusual Dads’ will air for the first time in October as a follow-up to ‘Grab the Great Luck’.
