Comedian Yoon Jung-soo's fiancée Won Ja-hyun revealed the reason for her suspension of broadcasting activities.
On the 8th, Yoon Jung-soo and his fiancée Won Ja-hyun appeared on TV Chosun’s ‘Lovers of Joseon’.
That day, Won Ja-hyun said, “I used to be known as Won Ja-hyun from sports broadcasting. Now, please call me Won Jin-seo.”
Won Ja-hyun shared, “It seems like it has been about 6 years since I last broadcasted. 2019 was the last time. Before I became known from the Guangzhou Asian Games, I worked a lot more. I did everything from being a reporter for current affairs programs to being an in-house announcer, but after becoming known through sports broadcasting, I found it increasingly difficult to adapt to general broadcasting. Articles were often sensationalized, which became burdensome and stressful. As I moved to other fields, I naturally distanced myself from broadcasting.”
Won Ja-hyun revealed that she suffered from depression due to negative comments at that time. Regarding her return to broadcasting, she said, “I gathered my courage. In fact, Yoon Jung-soo was the one who encouraged me first, which allowed me to come out together.”
