Ok Joo-hyun, the main vocalist of Fin.K.L and a musical star, confessed her painful past experienced at the peak of her 20s.

On the 8th, she appeared on Channel A's 'Close Friends Documentary - Four-Person Table', inviting her close friends Tei and Lee Ji-hye to share stories.

On that day, Ok Joo-hyun revealed her thoughts on the misunderstanding surrounding her 'anti-marriage' stance, saying, "I lost my father at a young age and took on the role of the head of the family and husband next to my mother, so I couldn't think of marriage lightly."

She added, "Fortunately, I rose to stardom with Fin.K.L, but after a little over four years of activity, all the members went their separate ways, and at 27, I jumped into musicals while being burdened with massive debt from a business failure."

"It was a long tunnel that felt like hell," she said, "I even had extreme thoughts. I don't know why I thought that when I couldn't even die. Later, on a day when I could breathe a little easier, I thought that the difficult trials could become good material to live more diligently."

"That doesn't mean I wasn't shaken. My heart was crushed, and I shed tears of blood."

After struggling for over ten years, Ok Joo-hyun cleared all her debts and established herself as a top actress in the musical world.

During her journey through the long tunnel, she prepared a special gift for the fans who supported her consistently. She decided to remake Fin.K.L's hit songs.

In August, she released 'Feel Your Love' featuring Lee Hyori, and this winter, she will unveil 'White'.

Ok Joo-hyun expressed, "In the early days of my musical debut, I wished people would see me without the label of Fin.K.L's Ok Joo-hyun, but now I am an inseparable existence until I die," adding, "It felt strange to meet Hyori again in the recording studio after a long time. I was grateful and moved."

She also confessed, "On one hand, there was another sadness. I felt a lump in my throat and sadness at the thought that there may really be no time for the four of us to gather again."
