‘Organic Life’ Lee Young-ae is set to appear in an eating show after a natural diet strike.
On the JTBC entertainment program ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’ (directed by Lee Chang-woo and Lee Rin-ha), airing at 9 PM on the 7th, a 15-minute cooking competition featuring chefs using the diverse ingredients from the refrigerator of ‘big player’ Kim Young-kwang will be revealed.
The first competition is a ‘physical cooking’ contest for Kim Young-kwang, who boasts overwhelming physicality. The tallest chef on ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’, Choi Hyun-seok, representing vertical physicality, and Yoon Nam-no, representing horizontal physicality as the biggest chef, will face off in a heated match.
However, both chefs make repeated mistakes during the competition, adding to the excitement. The second competition follows, featuring a ‘beer snack’ contest chosen by Kim Young-kwang, who ends his day with beer. Kwon Sung-jun shows strong confidence, saying, “Pairing is my specialty,” and “I’m the ambassador for the beer brand in Kim Young-kwang’s refrigerator.” In response, Kim Poong disses Kwon Sung-jun, saying, “Snacks are made well by someone who has drunk,” hinting at a fierce competition.
On this day, Kim Poong presents an extraordinary dish that stirs up the scene. Confidently selecting shockingly visual ingredients found in Kim Young-kwang’s refrigerator, he ironically closes his eyes while cooking, making everyone laugh.
In response, Ahn Jung-hwan attempts to negotiate to avoid a 5-minute inspection, saying, “Please go out instead this time,” and eventually causes laughter by acting nonchalant even at the cooking station. When it’s time for tasting, Kim Young-kwang hesitates for a while with a spoon in hand, but upon tasting it, he exclaims, “This is delicious!” providing a storm of eating show moments, making the outcome of the competition even more intriguing.
Meanwhile, Lee Young-ae’s unexpected eating show also draws attention. As she praises every dish and continues to taste everything without leaving anything behind, the chefs from the previous competition express their bitterness, saying, “It seems like you’re eating this week’s food better.” When Kim Sung-joo asks, “Wasn’t it a natural diet?” Lee Young-ae responds with the famous line, “My life is instant,” and refreshingly drinks beer, turning the studio into a sea of laughter.
