Singer Jo Jae-joong talked about the rumors regarding money due to his wife's beauty.

On that day, Jo Jae-joong said, “My wife came to my store as a customer. It was a day with live music, and there were so many beautiful women that I was in a good mood and drank heavily, then greeted her. My wife suddenly looked at me and touched my belly. I wondered ‘What is this?’ but it was flirting.”
He continued, “When I saw her face, she was so beautiful. As we talked more, I thought, ‘I should marry her.’ It was only three days.”
When Hong Jin-kyung asked, “Why did she touch your belly?” Jo Jae-joong replied, “Isn’t it like when you go to Jeju Island and touch the nose of a Dolhareubang? It feels like touching it will bring good luck,” which drew laughter.
Meanwhile, Jo Jae-joong revealed that there were rumors about his wife being a ‘Hannam-dong flower snake’. After photos of Jo Jae-joong and his wife were revealed, Kim Sook exclaimed, “It’s like a real-life version of Beauty and the Beast.”

Additionally, Jo Jae-joong shared about his proposal, saying, “I proposed at the place where we first met and she touched my belly. It was her birthday, and I prepared a surprise. While celebrating her birthday, a video played at the end, and I knelt down and gave her a ring.”
He continued, “I proposed exactly one year after we met. I thought, ‘Since we’ve been dating for a year, it’s okay to get married.’”
