Singer Yoo Seung-jun is starting YouTube again.

On the 17th, Yoo Seung-jun posted on social media, "Hello, this is Yoo Seung-jun. How have you been? It's been a long time since I've been on YouTube."

He added, "I plan to share small parts of my life with you through YouTube and communicate again. I ask for your love and support. Thank you and I love you."

In the video, Yoo Seung-jun started by saying, "Who are you to judge? Huh? Do you keep all the promises you made?"

He then revealed his daily life, including scenes of eating, exercising, spending time with his children, and swimming.

Yoo Seung-jun explained the reason for returning to YouTube, saying, "I started with nothing and have come this far. Looking back, I wonder if I've really lost anything. Just surviving until now is a miracle. I still have dreams and passions that haven't cooled down, so I can't give up on dreaming. Life is too short. So I will work harder."

Yoo Seung-jun debuted in 1997 and was loved for numerous hit songs such as "Scissors," "Passion," and "Na Na Na," but was banned from entering the country due to controversy over evading military service after obtaining U.S. citizenship before his enlistment in 2002.

In 2015, after his application for a Overseas Korean visa (F-4) was rejected, he filed a lawsuit to have it canceled and ultimately won. However, the LA Consulate General again denied the visa issuance, and Yoo Seung-jun filed a second cancellation lawsuit, winning again in the Supreme Court last November. Nevertheless, he was denied visa issuance again and filed a third administrative lawsuit against the LA Consulate General and the Minister of Justice, who stated, "We cannot allow entry."

Recently, fans had requested a pardon on Liberation Day. In response, Yoo Seung-jun expressed on social media on the 13th, "I have never wanted a pardon, and I don't even know who submitted the statement. The official fan club also says it is not their position and that they have no idea about it. Should I be uncomfortable because of a statement submitted by someone who doesn't even know who I am?"

He continued, "I don't know why some people are trying to misinterpret it because that's all they have in their heads, but I have no desire to make money in Korea. I feel like they believe that if I go, someone will be waiting with bundles of cash." He stated, "I have no intention of receiving benefits, nor do I want them."

He also emphasized again, "I wanted to enter the country for the restoration of my honor."
