Lee Kyung-kyu has spoken out about the drug driving incident.
On the afternoon of the 3rd, during the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy' (hereafter 'My Little Old Boy'), Seo Jang-hoon asked guest Lee Kyung-kyu who his favorite MC is.
During the broadcast, when Lee Kyung-kyu saw Yoo Jae-suk and Kang Ho-dong as candidates for the favorite MC World Cup Round 1, he expressed his discomfort, saying, "Oh dear... it's Yoo Jae-suk. Sorry, Ho-dong! How did I end up in this predicament..."
In Round 2, with Kim Gu-ra vs. Jeon Hyun-moo, Lee Kyung-kyu humorously picked Kim Gu-ra, saying, "Choosing one person has serious aftereffects."
In Round 3, he chose Shin Dong-yeop over Seo Jang-hoon. Then, when it came to Round 4 with Tak Jae-hoon vs. Lee Kyung-kyu, he exclaimed, "I did 'Healing Camp' and 'Bungeoppang' at SBS. You can't put Tak Jae-hoon here! Don't put him against me. Give me someone else!" indicating that Tak Jae-hoon was not a worthy opponent.
In the semifinals, it was Yoo Jae-suk vs. Kim Gu-ra. Lee Kyung-kyu responded, "Up to this point, it's Yoo Jae-suk," and surprisingly chose Shin Dong-yeop over himself in Round 5.
When the panel asked for a reason, Lee Kyung-kyu replied, "I've had some incidents lately, so I've become much better. I'm in humble mode," causing everyone to burst into laughter.
In the final round, he chose Shin Dong-yeop as his favorite MC simply because he was up against him.
