Eom Ji-in revealed Kim Jin-woong's dating style to his mother.

On the afternoon of the 3rd, KBS2's entertainment program 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears' (hereafter 'Sadangui') featured Lee Soon-sil, Ahn Yoo-seong, and Eom Ji-in, who took turns revealing the boss's daily life.

On this day’s broadcast, Lee Soon-sil visited a second-hand kitchenware store to purchase a cold noodle machine set for her restaurant. She successfully bought a dough mixer and noodle maker for 3.7 million won using her charm.

Soon-sil then said, "I need to run a restaurant. I don't know how to hire people, so I came to ask the boss," and began her search for restaurant staff.

The first applicant claimed to have delivery experience from a North Korean restaurant but was discouraged when Soon-sil said his voice was too soft. He also mentioned that he had played ice hockey in North Korea and strongly appealed, saying, "You can use this move while cleaning."

The second applicant, who has been in Korea for seven years, said, "I want to run a restaurant later. I want to become the second Lee Soon-sil." When Soon-sil's acquaintance asked how much he could work since he seemed more interested in learning skills, the applicant replied, "I’m thinking of it for 10 years. Also, since I defected from North Korea, the distance from home is not a problem," which pleased Soon-sil.

The third applicant claimed to have restaurant experience in China and offered a song as a gift.

The fourth applicant, from a North Korean restaurant abroad, smiled brightly and demonstrated how to serve. He said, "You hold the tray and dance like a butterfly. Hold the tray in your left hand, go behind the customer, and take a step closer to the customer to spread your butterfly pose," showcasing stable serving. He also displayed impressive singing skills that captivated the judges.

After the interviews, Soon-sil emphasized the importance of handling rude customers and conducted a practical test. Despite Lee Soon-sil and the staff grumbling like difficult customers, the fourth applicant calmly responded, "We came from North Korea. We appreciate your understanding."

Next, it was the turn of the first and third applicants. The former North Korean hockey player boldly stated, "Polite people don't act like this. Only rude customers do," which elicited laughter from the panel.

The final successful candidates were the last two interviewees.

The second boss was Ahn Yoo-seong, a master chef. He mentioned, "I plan to create several restaurants under my name to establish the first chef street in Korea," indicating he would create a street in Gwangju.

The first place he arrived at was where the staff worked and where Ahn Yoo-seong's street began. He said, "I bought this in 2002 for a deposit of 30 million won and a monthly rent of 1.3 million won. I worked hard for 8 years and took over the store in 2010. At that time, it was 3 million won per pyeong. I initially bought 130 pyeong," and revealed that it is now 20 million won per pyeong.

He also shared information about the building, his home, and land he purchased. Ahn Yoo-seong stated, "Now it totals 1,700 pyeong."

A staff member expressed, "I didn't know you bought that much land. Then, could you raise our salaries...?" during a candid interview.

The final destination of Ahn Yoo-seong's street was a site of 400 pyeong. He stated, "My goal is to establish a cooking school here," adding, "The four major cooking schools should come from Korea. Since I am a master chef, I am determined to achieve that dream."

However, when the sales of the restaurant's signature dish, fried rice bowl, dropped to one-eighth in six months, Ahn Yoo-seong exclaimed, "There was a time when we recorded 100 million won in sales with just the fried rice bowl, but this is too serious! Manager Hwang needs to wake up! Since the beginning of your employment, the sales of the fried rice bowl have been declining. If it continues to drop like this, it’s quite serious!" and began looking for reviews.

The reviews contained shocking comments like "The tempura is greasy," "The fried rice bowl is too rich," and "There are probably better places?" Ahn Yoo-seong realized, "Isn't it because you guys aren't making it properly that the customers are leaving? This can't go on with Ahn Yoo-seong's street. Make the fried rice bowl properly!"

After tasting the fried rice bowl, Ahn Yoo-seong remarked, "The lobster tempura batter is too thick. Did you put ice in it like I told you?" When the staff explained that they didn't add ice because it would melt quickly in the hot weather, he responded, "You need to consider that and adjust it with tempura flour every time it melts. Why aren't you following the master chef's recipe? If you want to cook however you like, open your own restaurant. Everyone, follow me to the kitchen!" and urgently called the staff.

Ahn Yoo-seong then introduced a new menu item, king crab fried rice bowl. The staff who tasted Ahn Yoo-seong's fried rice bowl smiled and said, "It's so crispy," and "I want to eat another one," acknowledging its quality.

The third boss was announcer Kim Jin-woong. He said, "My schedule has become so busy that I can hardly pronounce words. Recently, I met Hyun-moo for one-on-one mentoring and filmed with Myung-soo, so... I need to step away from Eom Ji-in a bit," boasting about his busy life.

At that moment, Eom Ji-in entered and said, "I'm not kidding; my popularity is no joke. There’s a language school at my alma mater, and they said they want to learn Korean from announcer Eom Ji-in. They have over 50 foreign student applicants. So, they want to prepare together. I brought in a remarkable person to learn teaching methods today," introducing Kim Jin-woong's mother, who has 35 years of teaching experience.

Kim Jin-woong was taken aback, saying, "What? Why is my mom here?"

Following that, Mrs. Park Jin-sook's lecture on teaching foreigners began. When asked during the lecture if he had marriage plans, Kim Jin-woong replied, "Actually, I don't," surprising his mother. Kim Jin-woong's mother then asked the female announcers, "When will you all get married?"

In response, Hong Joo-yeon said, "I plan to get married at 31, enjoy two years of newlywed life, have my first child at 33, and my second at 36. The first will be a daughter, and the second will be a son."

As Jeon Hyun-moo, who was watching the VCR, muttered, "So you are thinking about marriage," Kim Sook pressed, "Why are you holding your hands together?" When Park Myung-soo asked, "Are you scheduling it?" Jeon Hyun-moo joked, "I was told I have good fortune for marriage in five years... Another article will come out," playing it off.

Announcer Heo Yoo-won said, "If I do, I want to do it as soon as possible! I want to have a baby," prompting Jin-woong's mother to say, "I think Yoo-won has been the most exemplary in class," shifting the focus. When Heo Yoo-won said, "Actually, I wanted to talk to your mother. I also graduated from school abroad," Jin-woong's mother smiled brightly.

After the lecture, Eom Ji-in told Jin-woong's mother, "You know he worked at a place that paid him a little before coming here, right? But he saved all that salary to buy a luxury gift for his girlfriend... He spent 1.65 million won on a luxury gift. He even had to get a credit card revolving because he was short on money," spilling the beans.

Hearing this, Jin-woong's mother exclaimed, "He did that? That's not the son I know. That doesn't seem like love. It should be a woman who truly loves you. Was it true love to give and receive under pressure?" shaking her head.

'Sadangui' airs every Sunday at 4:45 PM on KBS2.
