Former rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae has revealed her love story with her husband.
On the 31st of last month, Son Yeon-jae posted a video titled ‘Didn’t Like the First Public Day? The Moment Son Yeon-jae Decided to Get Married in 4K’ on her YouTube channel.
In the video, Son Yeon-jae talked about her first meeting with her husband, saying, “I was taking an adult rhythmic gymnastics class, and an older member who had been attending for a long time introduced us. The only information I knew was his age. When I heard he was 9 years older, I immediately felt like it was a marriage, so I initially rejected him.”
She continued, “But as I was approaching 28, I wanted to meet him. I thought, ‘I need to meet an adult now.’ We met with a couple of acquaintances, but only the three of them talked, and I just ended up drinking a lot of wine. I didn’t even ask for his number, and it ended without any follow-up.”
Son Yeon-jae said, “From that moment, our stories were different. He said, ‘You flirted with me.’ One day at his house, I asked, ‘Can I borrow this book?’ Looking back, I think that was flirting. I worked hard to flirt,” she laughed.
Meanwhile, Son Yeon-jae married a financial worker who is 9 years older in August 2022, and they have one son together.
