Ashley from the group Ladies' Code has announced her breakup with her boyfriend of 6 years.
Recently, Ashley posted a video titled ‘(Living) Alone Again’ on her YouTube channel.
In the released video, Ashley revealed, “After breaking up with my boyfriend of 6 years, I moved out of the house we shared and am living alone again. Right after the breakup, I found it overwhelming to be in Korea, so I briefly went to New York.”
She said, “It was my first time breaking up with someone I lived with, so everything felt unfamiliar and difficult. After the breakup, I thought my life was truly over. But talking with family and friends made me realize, ‘This isn’t the end; it’s just the end of a relationship.’ My life has to go on.”
She added, “At first, I felt embarrassed and awkward bringing up the breakup. But upon reflection, I realized it’s not something to be ashamed of; it’s a part of life that can happen to anyone. A breakup is not a failure. I did my best and have no regrets.”
Meanwhile, Ashley debuted with Ladies' Code in 2013 and gained popularity with songs like ‘Bad Girl’ and ‘Pretty Pretty’. In 2018, she also debuted as a solo artist.
