On the afternoon of the 21st, a production presentation for MBC's new cultural program 'Architecture with a Reason - Space Traveler' (hereafter 'Architecture with a Reason') was held at MBC's new building in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Attendees included Professor Yoo Hyun-jun, Jeon Hyun-moo, Hong Jin-kyung, Park Sun-young, and PD Lee So-hyung.
'Architecture with a Reason' is an architectural talk show that crosses genres such as history, culture, and art through architecture. It was regularly scheduled following its successful pilot aired in four parts last August.
Hong Jin-kyung, who is returning as the MC after the pilot, mentioned, "I believe that the spaces where the people I often meet reside are important," highlighting the significance of architecture.
Hong Jin-kyung resides in a house located in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. This place is famous for being designed by the world-renowned architect Itami Jun. She stated, "(The house) should be a place that inspires me," adding, "Living in the Pyeongchang-dong home, I feel that I am creatively developing and I am satisfied. Even a small space should have an inspiring environment for growth and improvement in quality of life."
'Architecture with a Reason' will premiere on the 22nd at 9 PM.
