Actress Park Won-sook confessed to the trauma she experienced after her son's accident.
On the 14th, KBS2's ‘Park Won-sook's Living Together’ featured Park Won-sook, Hye-eun, Hong Jin-hee, and Yoon Da-hoon meeting with psychiatrist Lee Kwang-min.
On this day, Park Won-sook, Hye-eun, Hong Jin-hee, and Yoon Da-hoon underwent psychological testing with Dr. Lee Kwang-min. He asked the four to draw a person on a rainy day.
Dr. Lee explained, "If I were to describe the test, the rain symbolizes stress. The person walking represents me. In other words, it shows how I navigate through stress."
After seeing Park Won-sook's drawing, Dr. Lee noted, "The distinctive thing is that it isn't raining." Park Won-sook responded, "Since you said it was raining, I wondered if I had to draw the rain."
Dr. Lee analyzed, "In a situation where it is raining, you are not paying attention to the rain. Rather than focusing on the stress, you are concentrating on something else. This means that in a stressful situation, you are not only looking at yourself but also encompassing the surrounding circumstances."
Additionally, Dr. Lee pointed out that Park Won-sook showed significant anxiety regarding dangerous situations.
Park Won-sook revealed, "Maybe because of my son's accident, I find myself thinking a lot about unexpected accidents."
When Dr. Lee said, "In a way, that remains as trauma. It seems you are constantly trying to pay attention to and take care of your surroundings," Park Won-sook silently nodded in agreement.
Park Won-sook expressed, "I feel like I haven't received true healing while revealing my son's situation or my inner feelings. I thought, 'Is that why the wounds keep coming out?'"
Dr. Lee commented, "You are taking care of those around you in case something bad happens." When Park Won-sook asked, "Isn't that a good thing?" Dr. Lee replied, "It is a good thing. I have this feeling, but misunderstandings arise, and I feel upset in the moment. In a way, I was trying to take care of my family as the head of the household."
