Transgender broadcaster Hari Soo revealed that she once dated an announcer in the past.
Recently, Hari Soo appeared on the YouTube channel 'Clemak Time,' run by actor Lee Dong-jun, and shared her past romantic experiences.
In the video, when Lee Dong-jun asked, "Didn't many people approach you without knowing you were a man?" Hari Soo replied, "Yes, there were many. At that time, there weren't many transgender people. I was younger, so I was much prettier and slimmer than I am now. If I didn't say, 'I'm transgender' while walking around, they wouldn't have known."
She continued, "There were friends I told about my identity, but there were also friends I didn't tell. Among those I didn't tell, there is currently an announcer from a broadcasting station," which drew attention.
Hari Soo also mentioned that after debuting as a celebrity, she met that announcer at a broadcasting station.
She said, "That younger friend asked me, 'Do you remember when we met at a nightclub in Gangnam and had dinner and watched a movie together?' I didn't remember. I think I was out of my mind and met all the guys," adding, "It wasn't a sexual relationship. We just had dinner and watched a movie."
Meanwhile, Hari Soo, who gained fame as 'Korea's first transgender celebrity,' married singer Mickey Jung in 2006 but divorced in 2017.
