Park Hyo-jung volunteered to be Park Seo-jin's daily manager.
On the afternoon of the 12th, KBS2's 'Salimnam Season 2' (hereafter 'Salimnam') featured Park Seo-jin's family as the first Salimnam.
During the broadcast, his younger sister Hyo-jung expressed concern for Seo-jin, who was limping due to a painful leg, saying, "That's why I told you not to overdo it. Is that the best you can do?"
Hyo-jung decided to become Seo-jin's manager and cooked ramen for him. Later, she even changed into security guard attire to support him during his schedule. Hyo-jung stated, "After my brother returns from his schedule, his leg gets really swollen. I was worried he might twist it again. Today, I plan to take care of him as his bodyguard and manager."
In the driver's seat, Hyo-jung prepared a neck pillow, mirror, water, fan, walkie-talkie, bear soup, and shoes for Seo-jin, as a daily manager would. Seo-jin reassured Hyo-jung, who was worried about his injured leg, saying, "The audience came to see me, so how can I not perform? I have to endure the pain. That's what being a professional is, right?"
Seo-jin reminisced, "In the past, when I didn't have a car, I would pack all my clothes and makeup tools in a bag and take the bus. It was hard to get into Namdang Port by bus. Once October comes, the wind blows a lot, and there's no waiting area, so I had to stay in the bathroom."
He continued, "I waited for 3 to 4 hours, but there were no audience members. I realized how lonely it is to not have a manager or a car." Seo-jin added, "When you arrive by car, the security personnel check the performers. But since I walked in, there was none of that. It was amazing to see how things changed once I became famous, got a car, had a waiting room, and had security checking things."
He shared, "I used to buy cheap clothes online and buy sequins at the market to stick on myself. I had to find a way to get noticed. So, I had no choice but to hustle." He even mentioned having a fear of making phone calls, saying, "I would call to ask to be put on stage without payment, while internally thinking, 'Please don't answer the phone,' yet I still called."
At that moment, Seo-jin's stomach growled, signaling a big need. Eventually, Seo-jin stopped at a rest area and rode in a wheelchair pushed by Hyo-jung to go to the bathroom. Seo-jin expressed, "This is so embarrassing. I almost became the singer who pooped my pants," sharing a shocking moment.
After arriving in Seosan and preparing for the stage, Hyo-jung effectively took on her role as manager, asking the production team to take good care of Park Seo-jin.
Later, Seo-jin took the stage without a cast. He revealed in an interview, "It really hurt, you know? I wrapped it with a compression bandage, but it hurt so much that I was sweating." Despite the hot weather, Seo-jin ran around the stage without showing any signs of pain for his fans in the audience.
After successfully finishing the performance, Seo-jin headed straight to a princess event. During the move, he even applied ice to his injury. After the performance, Seo-jin expressed his gratitude to his daily manager Hyo-jung in front of the audience.
When Hyo-jung said, "Since you worked hard, I'll grant you one wish. Say it before you change your mind," she asked, "Then please celebrate my birthday." Seo-jin replied, "Don't you know I'm an event guy? I'll make you cry and snot all out," agreeing to her request.
The second Salimnam featured Ji Sang-ryeol. Upon arriving at the yoga studio, he met Dalsoobin from Dalshabet. Ji Sang-ryeol boasted about his unexpected connections in the entertainment industry, saying, "I have three daughters in the industry. The first is Jo Bo-ah, the second is Dalsoobin, and the third is Joo Hyun-young."
Dalsoobin revealed, "These days, Sang-ryeol oppa has turned gray. But he would never come out if I asked him to exercise, so I suggested we have a drink instead."
When Dalsoobin greeted Ji Sang-ryeol with exceptional energy, he remarked, "I've never been so taken aback by a woman upon first meeting her," sticking out his tongue. Ji Sang-ryeol added, "When I can't sleep due to insomnia, if I meet Dalsoobin, I can end up lying down for two days because she drains my energy."
Dalsoobin mentioned, "I think you need to date to get endorphins flowing and feel more youthful," and called over a beautiful yoga instructor. Although Ji Sang-ryeol showed interest, the instructor replied, "I have a partner," drawing a line.
Later, the two uniquely ended up drinking beer while doing yoga. During a break, Dalsoobin suddenly said, "I just thought of a really beautiful sister. She's a former ballerina, but now she's a film director and actress," and video-called ballerina actress Kang Ye-na.
