Actor Yoo Hae-jin's house prices and maintenance fees in the upscale residential area of Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, have been revealed, causing a stir.
In the first episode of JTBC's ‘Let's Have a Meal’ aired on the 10th, Seongbuk-dong resident Yoo Hae-jin appeared as a 'special guide' to introduce his favorite local spots to MCs Kim Hee-sun and Tak Jae-hoon.
Yoo Hae-jin reportedly purchased a standalone house with a basement and two floors above ground in Seongbuk-dong for 4.5 billion won in 2023.
Having moved from Pyeongchang-dong and Gugi-dong, Yoo Hae-jin mentioned on the show, "I like this atmosphere," and explained that he settled in Seongbuk-dong after searching for a place with mountains and nature.

The three visited a real estate agency to check the local market prices. The realtor shared that "luxury villas are around 2.5 billion won, and standalone houses are over 4.5 billion won," which surprised them.
In particular, it was mentioned that houses with swimming pools incur maintenance fees of over 10 million won. Tak Jae-hoon remarked, "See, I told you not to come here," to which Yoo Hae-jin responded with a smile.
Kim Hee-sun asked, "Who else do we know that lives in Seongbuk-dong?" and the realtor replied, "Actors Bae Yong-joon and Park Soo-jin, as well as rapper Beenzino and Stephanie, live here. BLACKPINK member Lisa also resides here."
Additionally, it is known that actors Lee Yeon-hee, Kim Woo-bin, and singer Lee Seung-chul also live in Seongbuk-dong.
