Comedian Lee Guk-joo has clarified rumors about moving to Japan.
On the 9th, MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ featured guests Heo Young-man, Choiza, Lee Guk-joo, and Park Eun-young.
On that day, Lee Guk-joo opened up about the recent rumors of moving to Japan, saying, “It’s true that I found a house in Tokyo. It’s only been about three months.”
She continued, “Since work has decreased a lot in Korea, and my regular programs all ended last year, I thought it wouldn’t be good to just wait around without work in Korea. I’ve always traveled to Japan a lot, so I thought about going there to shoot content. That’s why I found a place to save on accommodation.”
She added, “My first video went viral. But the articles made it seem like I was almost moving there. I received a lot of messages. It was quite touching,” revealing that she is living between Korea and Japan.
