Actress Park Gyu-young shared behind-the-scenes details about her makeup for the character Noh-eul in Netflix’s ‘Squid Game’.
On the 4th, KBS2’s ‘Gajung Coming and Going Lee Min-jung’ featured Lee Min-jung, Boom, Kim Jung-hyun, Kim Jae-won, Yang Dong-geun, and Park Gyu-young chatting on a porch.
That day, Park Gyu-young mentioned, “In ‘Squid Game’, my character’s name is Noh-eul.” In response, Kim Jung-hyun brought up Noh-eul’s freckles, and Park Gyu-young explained, “I drew the blemishes during makeup. I just sprayed it on.”
When Lee Min-jung said, “Actually, it’s not something that female actors are very happy about, right? Intentionally making oneself look ugly,” Park Gyu-young replied, “I really don’t mind that. I’m the type who wants to experiment with anything about myself.” Boom then joked, “Charcoal will come out later,” which made everyone laugh.
