Comedian Paeng Hyun-sook reveals her unique secret to slow aging.

On the 3rd at 10 PM, the MBC entertainment program ‘Save Me! Homes’ features comedian Paeng Hyun-sook visiting a house that helps with slow aging.

The episode focuses on the health trend of ‘slow aging’ that is expected to rise in 2025, as they embark on a healthy house-hunting journey. The team, consisting of 65-year-old Paeng Hyun-sook, 75-year-old Kim Sook, and 85-year-old Yang Se-hyung, forms the ‘5-Line House-Hunting Team’ and heads to Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province.

Before the main house-hunting begins, the ‘5-Line House-Hunting Team’ shares their individual ‘Slow Aging V-LOGs’. First, Yang Se-hyung boasts that his physical age came out as being in his 20s from a recent test, revealing that even the doctor was curious about his daily routine, sparking curiosity about his secret.

Next, Paeng Hyun-sook starts her day with a glass of lukewarm water. After a light jog, she kisses Choi Yang-rak before meals, causing a stir in the studio. Paeng Hyun-sook, who appeared in the studio, confessed, “We kiss every day,” and continued with risqué talk, reportedly shocking the scene.

Paeng Hyun-sook asks Yang Se-hyung, who arrived in Yangpyeong for the slow aging house visit, about his marital status and why he hasn’t married yet. When Yang Se-hyung mentions the entertainment program ‘You Can’t Be No. 1’ featuring Paeng Hyun-sook and her husband, Paeng Hyun-sook suggests he should marry Park Na-rae, attempting to get him cast on the show, drawing attention.

The three then head to Gang Sang-myeon in Yangpyeong to see the slow aging house. ‘Professional House Hunter’ Paeng Hyun-sook mentions that she prefers houses within an hour’s distance from Seoul to visit frequently, introducing the property as being about 46 minutes from Seoul.

The slow aging house is surrounded by trees from the entrance, resembling a botanical garden, and the neat landscaping is said to be flawless. While exploring the house, Paeng Hyun-sook suddenly appears with a water vein detector, moving around the master bedroom and living room to detect water veins.

As the detector spins wildly, she preaches that the bedroom location needs to be changed. Kim Sook, who takes over the detector, humorously responds, “It doesn’t spin when I hold it. It seems like you have a lot of water in your body, senior. The detector only spins in your hands,” eliciting laughter.

The healthy house visit that helps with slow aging will be revealed on the 3rd at 10 PM on MBC’s ‘Save Me! Homes’.
