Ryu Soo-young, Fabri, Hwang Kwang-hee, Shin Hyun-ji, Bae In-hyuk, and Jeon So-mi are heading towards the ultimate level of street vending.

As JTBC's entertainment program 'Street Food Business' (directed by Kim So-young, written by Lee Eon-joo) approaches its final episode on the 24th, we have gathered the moments of hard work from Ryu Soo-young, Fabri, Hwang Kwang-hee, Shin Hyun-ji, Bae In-hyuk, and Jeon So-mi, who opened bicycle restaurants all over Cádiz, Spain, to share the taste of Korea.

First, the main chefs Ryu Soo-young and Fabri impressed everyone with their creative ideas and diverse menus. Considering the local Spanish palate, Ryu Soo-young made seafood tteokbokki using less spicy paprika powder instead of chili powder and launched kimchi fried rice with short ribs and chorizo. True to his title as 'Recipe Master', he captivated customers with Korean dishes that are hard to resist, such as gochujang pork belly, honey chicken, braised short ribs, pork ribs, and chicken galbi cup rice.

Fabri showcased his Michelin 1-star chef presence with fusion dishes that added familiar flavors for locals, such as tteokbokki with Spanish meatballs called albóndigas, 'Pul-tteok Pul-tteok' combining octopus (pulpo) and rice cakes, and fried cazón (small shark). He also made jjambbong (spicy seafood noodle soup) by hand-pulling noodles with a traditional Italian pasta tool called a chitarra, and ignited his passion for the best taste by offering 15 different combinations of fried rice with five types of sauces and ingredients including gochujang, black bean paste, soy sauce, ssamjang, and doenjang.

Meanwhile, Hwang Kwang-hee, who is in the prime of his 'Hall Prince' era, drew applause. Overcoming his fear of lacking foreign language skills, he took on kitchen duties but transformed into a 'Hall Prince' receiving tips from customers. In particular, his warm nature was felt in scenes where he served more food than the standard portion or waited patiently for customers who promised to bring money.

Shin Hyun-ji, showcasing her 'workaholic' side, has been adding strength every week. Fluent in foreign languages, she maintained smooth communication with customers in the hall and bought time with small talk when cooking required more time in the kitchen. Additionally, she demonstrated her cooking skills by supporting the chefs, embodying the essence of being 'smart, neat, and sensible'.

Ryu Soo-young's assistant Bae In-hyuk has grown and successfully debuted as a main chef, bringing smiles. He took charge as the main chef for the Young Guys team in the competition against the Old Guys team, achieving a complete sell-out of all menus, including grilled short ribs. He also effectively fulfilled the role of a hall manager by kindly attending to customers.

Jeon So-mi brought joy as the unique atmosphere maker of 'Street Food Business'. She not only promoted on the streets but also charmed customers from the opposing team and held dance parties with guests. Moreover, she possesses exceptional taste buds, skillfully enhancing flavors that were lacking.

Meanwhile, for the grand finale, Ryu Soo-young, Fabri, Hwang Kwang-hee, Shin Hyun-ji, Bae In-hyuk, and Jeon So-mi have come together as one team to welcome customers with a selection of seven-course meals. Aiming to sell 200 dishes, they have already sold 42 dishes within 30 minutes of starting their business, raising anticipation about whether they can achieve their goal.

The new chemistry of the experienced street vendors is drawing attention as they prepare for the grand finale. It remains to be seen whether Ryu Soo-young, Fabri, and Shin Hyun-ji in the kitchen can achieve perfect teamwork with Hwang Kwang-hee, Bae In-hyuk, and Jeon So-mi in the hall, rather than competing against each other. Additionally, regular customers who have visited the bicycle restaurant will all be present, allowing viewers to see the relationships among them. Behind-the-scenes stories of the 'Street Food Business' members, hidden beyond the business, will also be revealed, stimulating the desire to watch the main broadcast.

JTBC's 'Street Food Business' will air its final episode on the 24th at 10:40 PM.
