Son Heon-soo expressed his affection for ‘The Birth of Workers 2’.
On the morning of the 11th, a pre-recorded video of the online production presentation for KBS1’s ‘The Birth of Workers 2’ was released. PD Lee Won-sik and broadcasters Son Heon-soo, Kim Min-kyung, and Ahn Seong-hoon participated.
Continuing from season 1 to season 2, Son Heon-soo said, “While season 1 focused on work, now the locations are changing. We will go to factories, companies, and local government complaints. We will delve deeper and wider than season 1.”
When asked about memorable complaints, he explained, “The reason for our existence is that we do things that elderly people living alone cannot do. There was an elderly person living alone whose three children had passed away, and it’s not easy to ask someone for help. When we helped, I realized this is the reason for our existence. I feel rewarded when we help like that.”
He added, “There are many elderly people like that across the country. There are things we wonder if we can actually do, but when we confront them with just our will and bodies and succeed, and when mothers cry and say thank you, I feel that is our reason for existence. I think this is unique in South Korea.”
‘The Birth of Workers 2’ is a South Korean co-prosperity project entertainment show that has been solving complaints across the country for the past three years, returning in a more upgraded form, and will be broadcast at 7:40 PM today.
