In the KBS2 show 'Salim Nam Season 2' (hereafter 'Salim Nam'), the members of Sechs Kies, Ko Ji-yong, Eun Ji-won, and Jang Su-won, will reunite after 10 years.
Last week, Ko Ji-yong appeared as the third protagonist of 'Memory Salim Nam', revealing his recent updates and drawing attention. This week, he has hinted at a meeting with fellow Sechs Kies members Eun Ji-won and Jang Su-won on 'Salim Nam'.
After finishing the recording of 'Salim Nam', Eun Ji-won headed to the store run by Ko Ji-yong along with Jang Su-won. Upon seeing Ko Ji-yong, he immediately hugged him, and Ko Ji-yong couldn't hide his joy with a bright smile. Despite the 10-year gap since their last meeting in 2016, the three showcased their unchanged friendship, bringing both laughter and heartfelt moments.
The three shared a meal together, exchanging updates about their lives and enjoying a lively conversation. Ko Ji-yong reassured Eun Ji-won and Jang Su-won, who were worried about his health, by revealing that his health condition had improved significantly since his past health issues, where his liver enzymes had spiked. Eun Ji-won expressed relief, saying, "I'm glad you gained weight compared to what we were worried about," and surprised Ko Ji-yong and Jang Su-won by sharing that he still swims 1000m to maintain his health, drawing on his experience as a swimmer in elementary school. MC Baek Ji-young, who was watching, also expressed her amazement, saying, "I can't believe it."
As the members have now become heads of families and fathers, parenting stories were also shared. Jang Su-won showed a photo of his daughter, whom he had after nine IVF treatments, smiling happily, while Ko Ji-yong shared updates about his son Seung-jae, who is recognized as a top 0.1% genius. During the conversation, Eun Ji-won surprised everyone by revealing his intention to remarry.
