In the 7th episode of KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘24-Hour Health Club’ (directed by Park Jun-soo and Choi Yeon-soo, written by Kim Ji-soo), the gym manager Do Hyun-jung (played by Lee Jun-young) and member Lee Mi-ran (played by Jung Eun-ji) spend a special day outside the gym, deeply involved in each other's daily lives.

However, Mi-ran faces the reality that the wounds from her breakup have not yet healed, and she seems unable to regain her motivation for exercise. Her precarious expression, as if she is lost in thought, heightens the anxiety, leaving viewers wondering if she will truly give up on exercising.
How will the fitness-obsessed manager Hyun-jung overcome the biggest crisis that has arisen with Mi-ran? The 'exercise rehabilitation project' led by Hyun-jung is expected to create a turning point in their relationship, making viewers more curious than ever about the upcoming broadcast.
