Ahead of its premiere on the 28th at 8 PM, the new variety show ‘What’s the Point of Leaving It?’ on tvN STORY has released a second teaser video. ‘What’s the Point of Leaving It?’ features Lee Young-ja and Park Se-ri as MCs, who eat all the food without leaving any behind while sharing connections and stories in a mukbang & talk variety show.
As the captains leading the culinary tour, Lee Young-ja and Park Se-ri will enjoy food, relaxation, and happiness without leaving anything behind, along with guests they personally invited, creating a delightful and tasty break tour that draws attention.
In the released second teaser video for ‘What’s the Point of Leaving It?’, the golden connections of the two MCs are highlighted as they seek friends who need a break from daily life. Names from their luxurious network, including IU, Park Bo-gum, Yoo Jae-suk, and Kim Sung-ryung, are mentioned, and while looking for contact information, Lee Young-ja even calls upon the much-discussed ‘crush’ Hwang Dong-joo, bringing laughter.
Not to be outdone, Park Se-ri also engages in a conversation with a mysterious younger man, asking about his well-being in an affectionate tone, adding to the intrigue. The silhouette of Park Se-ri’s younger man, who appears holding a bouquet, and the voice calling out for ‘Lee Young-ja’s man’ further heightens anticipation for the first broadcast.
The two versions of the teaser, ‘Captain Young-ja’ and ‘Captain Se-ri’, showcase the distinct culinary philosophies of the two captains. With the famous saying ‘You eat as much as you know’, Lee Young-ja, the ‘taste expert’, reveals her secret ‘eating skills’ to cleanly finish all the food.
