In the episode of KBS2's 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears' (hereafter 'Sadangui') airing on the 4th, Lee Soon-sil's search for a building to open her cold noodle restaurant will be revealed.
Lee Soon-sil shares, "I have failed three times in Gangwon-do, Jeju-do, and Hwaseong," indicating that she is looking for a new location. Choosing Dongtan as the site for her new store, she meets a real estate agent who praises her, capturing her attention.
With excessive confidence, Lee Soon-sil declares, "I have become the cold noodle lord," and announces, "I will start with a large space," raising concerns among those around her.
The real estate agent boasts about a commercial space that perfectly suits Lee Soon-sil, and as he dazzles her with his words, she becomes increasingly captivated, causing the studio to fill with worry.
The real estate agent warmly welcomes Lee Soon-sil, saying, "It's an honor to meet you." He continues, "Just your reputation alone makes me feel that this place will be a huge success," flattering her as he begins serious neighborhood marketing. Lee Soon-sil responds, "If you are my fan, please introduce me to a really good place," expressing her desire for a location that is large and close to her home.
The real estate agent leads her to a location that "only a super star like Lee Soon-sil can enter," claiming it is a customized space just for her. Observing the agent's excellent sales skills and Lee Soon-sil's eagerness to sign a contract, Park Myung-soo expresses his concern, saying, "This sister is not going to make it; I'll go with you," and adds, "I also pondered for a month when I opened my chicken shop."
