In 'More Beautiful than Heaven', Son Seok-koo chooses to go to hell on his own.

On the 3rd, ahead of the 5th episode of the JTBC weekend drama 'More Beautiful than Heaven' (directed by Kim Seok-yoon, written by Lee Nam-kyu and Kim Soo-jin), stills were released previewing the joint journey to hell of Lee Hae-sook (played by Kim Hye-ja) and Ko Nak-jun (played by Son Seok-koo).

In the last broadcast, Lee Hae-sook and Ko Nak-jun had differing opinions regarding the identity of Somi (played by Han Ji-min). Lee Hae-sook was convinced that Somi was Lee Young-ae (played by Lee Jung-eun) after observing Somi's umbrella defense skills and familiar habits, while Ko Nak-jun suspected him of being a hell escapee after hearing that those who were forcibly brought to heaven experience confusion in their memories. However, it was revealed that the hell escapee was actually Park Cheol-jin (played by Jung Seon-cheol), a new member of the Heaven Church, and Lee Young-ae, who was believed to be in heaven, appeared in her original form, leaving Somi's identity once again shrouded in mystery.

In the released photos, a confrontation between Lee Hae-sook and the team leader (played by Park Soo-young), who manages hell, is captured. Just like the heaven checkpoint that everyone had to pass through, this place is the hell counter that distinguishes the sins and punishments of all who arrive in hell. A strange fear crosses Lee Hae-sook's face as she suddenly finds herself in hell after being in heaven. Unlike the kind and gentle staff in heaven, the cold and blunt reaction of the team leader adds to the tension.

Ko Nak-jun, somewhere in hell, also draws attention. He stands there as if he has lost everything, but his eyes reflect a determination and will to save his wife, Lee Hae-sook. In a previous teaser, Ko Nak-jun witnessed Lee Hae-sook being dragged into hell and, after his request for help from the center director (played by Cheon Ho-jin) was rejected, he ultimately heads to hell himself, raising curiosity. It remains to be seen whether Ko Nak-jun, who is willing to risk hell for his wife, can return to heaven with Lee Hae-sook.

In episode 5, Lee Hae-sook receives the last grape. Having gone to hell, Lee Hae-sook is followed by Ko Nak-jun, and the sudden appearance of Lee Young-ae will depict the hellish journey of the three individuals.

The production team of 'More Beautiful than Heaven' stated, "Finally, the veil has been lifted on the unknown world, and the gates of hell open to present fears beyond imagination. Please look forward to the new stories that will unfold in the 'merciless' hell that judges the sins and punishments of many."

Episode 5 of 'More Beautiful than Heaven' will air today (3rd) at 10:40 PM.
