Actress Kim Sung-ryeong is stepping up to support small food service providers that offer free meals or food services to food-insecure children.

Kim Sung-ryeong, who serves as the chairperson of the Good Influence Store Association, attended a signing ceremony on the 23rd at the Foodist headquarters in Cheongpa-dong, Seoul, aimed at supporting small food service businesses.

Kim has been engaged in social contribution activities through the Good Influence Store Association, a group for self-employed individuals. To realize practical and sustainable win-win values for struggling self-employed individuals, she plans to produce and distribute 'Good Store' certification stickers in collaboration with Foodist for the first time this year, along with promotional videos to support small businesses.

Chairperson Kim Sung-ryeong stated, "Recently, I played a character in a drama that supports self-employed individuals, and through the stores that partner with the Good Influence Store Association, I have come to understand the power of small acts of sharing that create a positive influence." She added, "For business owners who practice sharing in areas that desperately need social attention despite difficult circumstances, corporate social interest can be a great strength."

A representative from Foodist stated, "Through our collaboration with the Good Influence Store Association, we will create a practical and sustainable win-win model to help small businesses and reduce food insecurity."
