The moments of Go Yoon-jung, Shin Sia, Kang Yoo-seok, and Han Ye-ji's 'Unwise Days' have been captured.

The new tvN weekend drama 'Someday, the Wise Resident Life' (Creators Shin Won-ho, Lee Woo-jung / Directed by Lee Min-soo / Written by Kim Song-hee / Planned by CJ ENM Studios / Produced by Egg is Coming) (hereafter 'The Wise Resident') has released a growth teaser, hinting at the brilliant growth of first-year residents who know less than patients.

The growth teaser, which begins with the struggles of Oh Yi-young (played by Go Yoon-jung), who says, "I find social life unsuitable and difficult," leads to the daily lives of residents in their first year, who are filled with self-doubt after making various mistakes. They instinctively respond to the calls of "Doctor" from patients and guardians, but they still lack the social skills and medical knowledge to make independent judgments.

When asked questions by patients, they often mumble, "I'm still a first-year," and frequently bow their heads saying "I'm sorry," but they still show their passionate dedication by staying up all night in front of the ward. Those in the hospital seem to understand their efforts, offering warm words of encouragement, saying, "Who starts off doing well?" which touches the hearts of viewers.

Thus, it raises curiosity about whether these first-year residents, who have no day that goes by without mistakes, will one day confidently contribute at work. Even as they blame their imperfect selves and hesitate, they are expected to rise at the voice of someone seeking their true self.

In this way, 'The Wise Resident' will depict the process of 'us during our unwise days at Jongno Yulje Hospital's Obstetrics and Gynecology Department' becoming wise after many twists and turns, offering empathy to everyone. The first broadcast of 'The Wise Resident,' which captures the moments of 'beginnings' that everyone has experienced, some are going through, and others will face, is highly anticipated.

The production team of 'The Wise Resident' stated, "Through the daily growing pains of residents in the hospital, we aim to portray the moments of youth that shone despite the pain of not knowing and being scolded," adding, "We hope you will support and watch the first steps of these social newcomers who dream of the day they will someday become wise."

Meanwhile, on the 11th, the Ministry of Health and Welfare revealed through data that "the total number of candidates for appointment in March this year is 1,672, which is 12.4% of the 13,531 candidates for appointment in March last year." This means that despite the government's promise to provide various special measures, 11,859 individuals did not return to the training field.

In particular, according to data submitted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to the office of Kim Yoon, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea's Health and Welfare Committee, the number of applicants for the first half of the training resident recruitment for those wishing to return was at a catastrophic level. It was revealed that only one applicant applied for the notoriously avoided department of obstetrics and gynecology.

As the collective resignation of residents in protest against the government's expansion of medical school quotas has prolonged, attention is focused on whether 'Someday, the Wise Resident Life,' which had its scheduling indefinitely postponed, will resonate with viewers.

The growth stories of Go Yoon-jung, Shin Sia, Kang Yoo-seok, and Han Ye-ji, who aspire to be wise, will unfold in the new tvN weekend drama 'Someday, the Wise Resident Life,' which will premiere on Saturday, the 12th, at 9:10 PM.
