Rising star Lee Chang-min has been cast in 'Good Woman Busemi', promising a strong impression.

Scheduled to air in the second half of 2025, the Genie TV original 'Good Woman Busemi' (written by Hyun Gyu-ri, directed by Park Yoo-young) is a crime romance drama about a poor female bodyguard who, dreaming of a big break, enters into a contract marriage with a terminally ill chaebol chairman. She must survive for three months by changing her identity while avoiding those who are after the massive inheritance.

Lee Chang-min plays 'Ga Seon-woo', the vice president of Gaseon Group and the younger brother of Ga Seon-young (played by Jang Yoon-joo). Having lived abroad for a long time, he is a 'zero-language' clumsy character who struggles with both Korean and English. Although he is a problematic second-generation chaebol with no insight and a poor ear for business, leading to repeated deficits in his projects, he possesses a strangely cold desire beneath his apparent clumsiness. Expectations are rising for Lee Chang-min to showcase a unique chemistry with Jang Yoon-joo as ambitious siblings.

With a soft face full of youthful charm and a delicate yet energetic acting ability, newcomer Lee Chang-min is a graduate of the Korea National University of Arts' acting department. He has honed his acting fundamentals through plays such as 'Toe Running Genius', 'More Tragic than Tragedy', and the film 'Jung-min's Winter'. Recently, he completed filming the horror movie 'Underground' and is awaiting its release. He is expected to firmly establish his presence on the small screen through this drama.

As Lee Chang-min steadily builds his acting career, attention is focused on how he will leave a memorable impact in 'Good Woman Busemi'.

Meanwhile, the Genie TV original 'Good Woman Busemi', featuring Lee Chang-min, will be released in the second half of 2025 on Genie TV and ENA.
